A Look Back... - SICKLY EATERS

A Look Back...

12:20:00 AM

It's so easy to promise you're going to do something with all the best intentions of doing it, and just never getting around to doing it.... Like keeping up with a blog during the school year.

Well as it were, I have been keeping up with snapping the odd photo every now and then just to capture the moment. And so I have all these pictures filled with memories and as this blog is a diary of sorts, I'm just going to plop all of that stuff here. A commentary on the passed year...

Memories from a 6:30 am breakfast I had with a group of people, friends and new friends, when we pulled a decidedly unproductive all-nighter.
And stopping to smell the figurative roses on the way to church (we were late). The inscription reads simply GROW. I think we often let ourselves believe that the standards around us are the most important things in our lives; and naturally we lose all sense of hope and purpose. After all how could we all fit the same standards?

Due to Roomie Bucket List #19 (RBL blogpost soon!) I spent a lot of time at Tea Time this semester. And I might even get a job here next semester ;D *thumbs up*

Maybe I'll be able to do an entire blog post on Tea Time Teas and Flavors!!

Quiche and coffee late in the day with a good friend. Window seats always. Saint's Cafe.

Studio projects and boards in progress, and coffee and apples from a wonderful person who I shall be ever thankful for.

Finals week shenanigans. Kids wrestling like it's nobody's business. It's not like we were trying to study or anything...

A weekend with Vince. Pizza in the city with his cousins. & Pizza. I can't remember the name of the pizza we got, but it was amazing. The whole place was black and silver and white, but the bathroom was completely black and I had the hardest time trying to figure out the techy-ness of all the bathroom necessities. Namely the sink/soapdispenser/handdrier. The toilet ended up flushing itself. Thank God

Tea Time!..... again

Matcha Crep Cake. The layers...

Pho with Bestie. She gave me this strange Mexican Candy that was... Spicy mango?! It was good.

The Tapestry cover that I almost bought for 50$... I returned it shortly after and bought my current one for 14$ ;D Regardless of how beautiful it was, it wasn't worth me spending 50$ on it.

Morning Coffee and being unofficial tour guides. Old friends and new.
